I was a math teacher teaching Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2 in the Sioux City Community School District for 18 years at East High. While in the classroom one of my goals was to have some form of a personal relationship with each student. The last couple years my career turned to teacher leadership. I am currently serving as a Consulting teacher at East High in the Sioux City School District. My goal as a teacher leader is to help teachers understand how to use technology to: take "busy work" off their plate and enhance students learning. Buy doing this teacher will have more time to do what they do best and that is to teach. Good teachers will move to being a great teachers.
